Hockey Manitoba is pleased to announce that the WHL has selected two Manitoba officials to line in the CHL Subway Super Series.
Kelsey Mahoney (level V - Winnipeg) & Bryden Hutlet (level V - Brandon) were selected by the WHL to line the WHL All-Stars vs Russia Super Series game played in Brandon, Manitoba on November 11 at 6pm at Westman Place in Brandon.
Bryden is in his 6th year lining in the WHL, and Kelsey is in his 5th year lining in the WHL. Both officials also work regularly as referees and linesmen in all levels of hockey in Manitoba.
The CHL Subway Super Series sees each CHL League select an All-Star team to play against Team Russia. Each CHL team features the some highly touted draft picks and some players yet to be drafted. The series begins in Saskatoon and continues in Brandon. It will then move to two OHL cities and then finish in two QMJHL cities. This is the 8th year for this event.
Both officials should be proud to be selected to work this event.
Please join me in congratulating Kelsey and Bryden on their selection to the CHL Subway Super Series.
