KJHL Teams will participate in the Central Canada Cup

The Keystone Junior Hockey League is excited to share that the league champion Peguis Juniors and the league finalist OCN Storm will be participating the inaugural Central Canada Cup taking place in Thunder Bay, Ontario from April 20-23, 2023. After defeating the OCN Storm in five games the Peguis Juniors will take on the host Thunder Bay Northern Hawks and the LJHL finalist Schreiber Falcons along with the KJHL finalists OCN Storm.

The Northern Hawks will be the 2023 Hosts of the “Central Canada Junior B Tournament”. A 6-game round robin tournament with a semi-final matchups, followed by a gold medal game to conclude the tournament on Sunday. Each team will play a 3-game preliminary round to determine seedlings for the semi-final. All games will take place at the Tournament Centre in Thunder Bay. Tournament kicks off with the Host Northern Hawks taking on the LJHL representative Schreiber Falcons on Thursday April 20.
