Thursday's matchup saw the Storm score early and often in a rout of the Islanders. The Storm would see two players put up six point nights with Damon Constant (2G, 4A) and Chavez Constant (2G, 4A) put their marks on the Storm's offensive outburst. The Storm would also get goals from Hutton Hurst-Foster (3G), Rowan Fenner, Chase McLeod and Sheldon Chartier (2G). Nolan Sinclair Jr. would pick up the win between the pipes making 31 saves.
